ORDERING AND PAYMENT
You choose the items you wish to buy, adding them to the “basket”. You can change the content of your basket up until payment and you can always check the current items in your basket and the their total price while shopping.
Possible extra expenses such as shipping and payment card fees will be added right before concluding your purchase.
When you are ready to pay, click “gå til betalling” where you fill-in your name, address. E-mail, phone number, payment method and delivery method.
You can change the items in your basket up until you confirm your purchase by pressing “Til betaling”. From here your order is sent to Thecardcollective.com.
In cases where a single customer has made multiple orders to be shipped, Thecardcollective.com reserves the right to refuse cancellation of these orders where the intent is to have the orders combined, where the items of multiple orders are sent with a single shipping.
We reserve the right to make changes in regards to typing errors, price-raises from suppliers, price-errors, VAT- and tax changes, items that are out of stock or out of production, delivery failures from our suppliers and force majeure.
Thecardcollective.com takes precautions against examples of extreme errors, created during the maintenance of the website, such as items with a listed price of 0 (zero) DKK or with a large difference in prize from the normal sales prize of similar products. In these cases we reserve the right to, in accordance with Danish sales law, cancel and refund a purchase of such an item, if the product is clearly listed with a wrongful prize.

We strive to always deliver within 1-3 work days, when you choose a fast delivery method. Large order with many single cards can be subject to delays.
RECEIPT OF PURCHASE AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have placed an order with us, you’ll receive a receipt that we have seen your order. There is however not a binding purchase agreement, before you have received an order confirmation from us.
Thecardcollective.com withdraws the payment from your card the same day the wares are ordered from our website.
14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When buying online and at Thecardcollective.com you normally have 14 days right of withdrawal, where you can regret you purchase and return the bought items to us.
Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This will visible while making the purchase.
The right of withdrawal begins from the day you receive the item. If the deadline would fall on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas day, or New Year’s Eve the deadline will move to the next work day (this also applies to pre-orders). In case of several different items, purchased in the same transaction, but delivered separately or if one item is delivered in several packages, the right of withdrawal begins from the day the last item or package arrives.
After receiving the items, you are only allowed to handle the items in such a way that you can determine the items properties and how the item works.
In the case of some items, there is no right of withdrawal or you can lose the right of withdrawal. In these cases, you will be notified in the order confirmation fx. Due to the nature of the item or if you lose the right of withdrawal when breaking the sealing on the item.
NOTICE! There is no right of withdrawal on items and services, if their price depends on changes on the market which Thecardcollective.com have no control over. Amongst other things this is the case for single cards. However we are always willing to try and find a solution if you are unsatisfied with a purchase.

When returning items, take care to wrap and secure them properly. You are responsible for the item/package until we receive them. Remember to save your mail receipt as well as your track and trace number.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping expenses when returning an item, regretting a purchase, or when trading an item for another.
You are expected to return any items as quickly as possible, when you have notified us of your intent on returning them and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Furthermore the item must be in its original sealing and be in the same condition as when you received it. In accordance with the laws on online shopping, the Card Collective can refuse to refund an item that is no longer in the same condition. However, we prefer to find a suitable solution with the customer. This only applies when an item is not in the same condition, as when received and if Thecardcollective.com can no longer sell the item as an unused item.
The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same method of payment used to place the order. If you have made your payment with a debit card, the refund will be transferred to that same card.
ATTENTION:
You can lose completely or partially lose your right to a refund. This can happen when the items value have been lessened because:
- The item has been used
- The item has been damaged while in your possession, or while in transit back to us
- You have handled the item in a way other than to establish the nature of the item, its properties and its functionality.
- You have not followed the limitations of the right of withdrawal
PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS
When buying singles (enkeltkort) pictures are only descriptive of the version of the card you are buying. Singles are sold in five different conditions: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played and Damaged. Refer to our condition guide on how we determine condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of a card feel free to reach out to our support via mail.
COMPLAINTS
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act including the rules of lack. This means that you can get a lacking item either traded, refunded, or discounted depend on the given situation. When you shop at Thecardcollective.com, you have a 2 year right of complaint in accordance with Danish law.
It is a requirement that the complaint be valid and that the lack has not occurred as a result of wrongful use of the product or other harmful use.
You have to complain within “fair time” after you have discovered a lack with the item. We recommend to complaint as quickly as possible and within 2 months of discovering the lack.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases of items on Thecardcollective.com are subject to Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
